ServicePilot Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Service Description

ServicePilot provides AI-assisted call intake and operations tools for local service businesses. The service may answer inbound calls, collect customer details, summarize requests, create leads, store transcripts, and send service-related notifications.

Human Review

ServicePilot is designed to assist business operations. It does not replace professional judgment, emergency services, or human review. Businesses are responsible for reviewing leads, responding to customers, and confirming appointments or service commitments.

SMS Terms

ServicePilot SMS messages are customer-care messages for local service requests. By agreeing to receive SMS messages, customers consent to receive service-related text messages about their request, including request confirmations, callback coordination, appointment coordination, and follow-up updates. Message frequency varies by service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Opt-In Method

Customers opt in verbally during an inbound service call to a participating local service business. ServicePilot asks, "Is it okay if the team texts updates about this request?" The customer must verbally agree before SMS updates are sent. Consent is recorded with the call transcript and service request. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out and Help

Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, they may reply START to opt back in. Customers can reply HELP for help or contact shawn@wallyweb.com.

Prohibited Use

ServicePilot may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, lending-related, age-gated, or marketing messages without appropriate consent and compliance controls.
